Cross Country
Hey fellows, I'm back! I have been a little busy these days as there were many programmes organised by my school. I finally got the time to blog about my cross country that happened today. It was very tiring but also fun as I got to run along with other students. I started off well but soon I stopped as I had stitches. I did not know why because before that run, I did not even drink any water. I was disappointed. I could have been in the top 20 but because of that I could not anymore. Even though I had stitches, I tried my best to finish my run as quickly as possible. I saw one of my friend running past me and I felt sad. Towards the finishing line, I met up with my friend, Joshua, and we raced to the finishing line. I then lost to him but I was happy because I did not give up. After the run, all the students assembled in the field and it was prize-giving time. I was excited. During the prize-giving, I got to know that two of my classmates had gotten first in the whole level of secondary one! One was for the junior boys category and the other was for the junior girls category. Besides that, my class even won the best class award! We were very happy! My from teacher then mumbled to herself " Not bad ah." I heard her. We then laughed and congratulated each other. We got a bunch of goodies which we intended to bring it to Sentosa during our class outing on 3rd June. I will tell you more about it in the next post alright? For now, I am going to have a good sleep. Thank you!

A Day Swimming At Friend's Condo
Hi fellows, I'm back to write a gain in my so called "journal". Anyways, I wanted to tell you that I started to have this blog after my sister suggested a book called "The Secret Diary Of Adrian Mole" for my reading period in school. It was great and very hilarious! In my opinion, I think that teenagers my age would love it. Ok, enough of sharing about my blog. Today, I want to tell write about a day my friend and I went swimming. It started off like this. As soon as school ended, my friend, Sherman, ( I call him Shermy ) and I were talking about swimming. We have something in common and that is swimming. I'm not quite good at swimming but I enjoy it especially when there are the SLIDES. I sometimes tend to get scared and will change my mind if I think that the slide is SCARY. So, we decided to go swimming but the only problem is that we didn't know which swimming complex to go to. I then knew whom to call and that was my good friend, Gordon. He lived in a condominium in Sembawang called Yishun Emerald. Maybe it sounds familiar to you but it doesn't sound at all to me. Ha ha. After calling him, he agreed and we went home instantly to get our stuff ready. By 3pm sharp, we were both ready to go and met up at the bus interchange. We were lucky and didn't need to wait for one another as both of us reached on time to take the bus number 169 straight there. When we reached there, I saw the place in AWE. It was dead nice! How I wished I lived in a condominium. But, that doesn't mean that I don't like my home. I LOVE my home! Anyways, we called and told Gordon that we were at the entrance. He then immediately met us and we went in. Shermy and I changed our clothes in the toilet and it was very spooky. We changed quickly and got out of the toilet. We then walked to the swimming pool and instantly jumped into it without checking the depth of the water. We had lots of fun playing catching, wrestling, racing and many more. I enjoyed myself even though there were no slides! :) All of a sudden, I looked at my watch and was TOTALLY aware that it was 6pm. Time flies so fast when we are having fun! Shermy and I quickly went to the toilet to wash up and were prepared in 15mins. That's fast isn't it? We then thanked Gordon and went back to the interchange. We were so hungry in the bus and decided to buy some finger food from Old Chang Kee. After having 3 fish balls on a stick and a curry puff, I was then full. We then separated and went back home. I took bus number 812 for your information. As soon as I reached home, I thought that I was going to be full but I was wrong! I ATE another packet of chicken rice. I couldn't resist it! Anyways, I had fun swimming with my friends and hope that we could do it more often so that we could be best friends. So, that's my story. Thank you. :)

Sengkang Swimming Complex
Hey people! I'm writing two entries today because I have not posted for about a week and I feel guilty though. Today's topic is about an outing to Sengkang Swimming Complex with my cousins and sister. At first I didn't want to go because my sister didn't tell me earlier and it was also late at night. I was so sleepy and grumpy because I was starving too! I then got my stuff ready and went downstairs as my cousin was going to drive us back to her house. When we reached there, I ate twisties which did not fill up even a quarter of my stomach. Of course I wasn't the only one eating it. After that, we went up to the room where all of us will sleep there and I sat down on the bed. I couldn't sleep at ALL! But, something helped me in a way I guess. I was already sleeping maybe because of my cousin's laughter which was so loud that I was irritated and just slept. The next day, I woke up feeling "fresh" and wasn't grumpy anymore. Thank god I brought my toothbrush along. If not, I would have ants making nests in my mouth. Haha! After that, we got ready and left the house. We took a bus and alighted beside a Mrt Station. It was NOISY! We then boarded the second bus, 169, all the way to Sengkang. We then took a train to the place called Farmway but we ended up going in circles. I was so fed up with that line! Somehow we made it to our destination with the help of thinking "deeply". We then got down of the train and bought bubbletea! Yumyum! I felt like as if I was in heaven! But, when we put a stepped onto the outside of the station I knew that it was hell. Haha. It was scorching HOT! We walked briskly to the swimming complex and bought the tickets before entering. We then got a locker and put our valuables in it. As soon as we had done it, I jumped into the water. We then explored the place and saw the SLIDES. They looked awesome at first but when I went up, I changed my opinion. It wasn't as "amazing" when I first saw it. We then took the four-lane slide and it was so fun! Next, we tried the tunnel slide which is quite dark. That was super SCARY! There were 2 of them and I tried only one as I had no confidence in myself to try the other one. After a lot of convincing from my cousin, I finally gave up arguing and tried. When I done the slide, I didn't think that it was as scary as I thought. Now, I have mustered up all my courage for any other slide provided there are people who can convince me. Thank you!
Trip To Malacca
Hi! I miss writing in my blog so I hope that this entry will be a LONG one. Today, I want to tell you more on my trip to Malacca, Malaysia. It was AWESOME only for the traffic on the way there. I went there with my dad's school staff and colleagues for a tour to know more about Malacca. We went there by car which we picked up several teachers on our way. Most of the age 25-60 plus. So, i guess they needed some comfort in the car so I sat at the back throughout the ENTIRE journey. First, my dad and myself woke up extra early because we are so called the "source". We picked up 4 teachers. It was like sardines in tin can. We then proceeded for the place where all of us had our break and followed the bus for our lunch. It was SUPERB! I mean the lunch. It were the Chinese who cooked it. The food was so fresh that until now I'm still craving for it. We had our dessert which is a jelly in a small bowl. At first, I thought that it would not taste good as I didn't like jellies before. But after eating it, I felt so REFRESHED! After lunch, the group taking the bus which consists of 50 over people went on the bus to visit the river i guess. Haha. We paid no attention to them as all of us were really exhausted. I was so CRAMPED at the back! So, we left quickly and headed for the hotel. I was looking forward to stay in the hotel because it was a 5-star. When we reached there, my dad and me got a room specially to ourselves. I was like "What!" Haha. I then went up to the hotel and just took off my clothes and threw them everywhere. I REALLY didn't care at all. I know it sounds quite rude but my dad really doesn't mind at all. That's good! So, after resting for about an hour, I thought of going to the swimming pool but my dad stopped me. I asked him why I could not go and he said that we were going to go some historical places or something. I then just sanked into my bed and rested while watching a soccer match. I was so BORED at that time! When it was time to assemble at the lobby, we went down and bumped into one of my dad's colleagues, Mdm Yasmin. So they talked and talked. (sigh) I just kept on asking my dad to walk faster. Haha. As soon as everyone assembled, we went to the shopping centre to buy some food if we wanted to stay up late. I asked my father why were we there because I thought we were going to some historical places and my father just said that he didn't know. I just followed the rest of the group. But, something caught my eyes! There was a soccer game in the mall and I was getting real excited to join in too! I was about to ask my father when I saw that the ball was so soft like a beach ball! I then changed my mind and went to the Popular nearby to check for interesting books. After looking through one by one, I saw a boy "begging" his mother to let him have two Spongebob Squarepants book but the mother said that he could only have one and he wailed so loudly that everyone from even the furthest corners looked at him annoyingly. In my opinion, the mother should have just given some lame excuse right? (sigh) Parents nowadays are so not understanding. I pitied the boy and walked out of Popular. Soon it was time to go back to our hotels to rest for the next day because there were activities before going back to Singapore. When I reached the hotel, I immediately lay down on my bed and before I knew it I was sleeping soundly. The next day, I woke up extra early just to make sure there was time for me to swim. At 8:15 sharp, I went down alone to play in the pool. I was so excited but when I reached the level and looked out, I saw that the pool was only like a POND! There were no slides or anything. I was so disappointed that I only spent an hour in it. Usually I would spent 3-4 hours in the pool but I was totally disgusted. At 9:00 sharp, I went up and had a good bath. I was not exactly bathing but instead soaking myself in water. It was WARM. After soaking myself in water, my dad and I went down to level 2 to have our breakfast. I was STARVING. Luckily there were rice. (SKIP) We then went up to pack our stuff and went down to go back to Singapore. I could not wait to get home because I miss my home! Unfortunately, we were stucked in the jam and we were frustrated. I told my father to try the other road and see if we could escape the jam. We then tried and fortunate enough, we were driving at the speed of 100km/h. We arrived back in Singapore in the evening and dropped off my father's colleagues at the Bishan Mrt Station. After that my father was about to ask me if I had fun but he saw that I was sleeping! Haha. So, that was my story of my trip to Malacca. I had many experiences during the trip like stucking in a BAD jam and many more. Thank you!

A short time playing badminton
Hi! I'm back to post about playing badminton with my dad. We suddenly decided to play badminton as it has been a long time since we last played together. Also to add, I always lost to him. So, this time I wanted to see if I could win him in the match. After he came back from work, he ate and rested for half an hour before leaving the house. We arrived at the badminton court at about 9pm. We only played for half an hour because the next day was a schooling day. During the match, I saw his weakness and started taking advantage. Unfortunately, I was too late to catch up with him as he was winning me with a score of 17-9. So, I just played normally, trying not to use up a lot of energy as I wanted to use it for the next match. My dad then won that game and I was not satisfied at all. I still had one more game and I needed to win that one. I started off not too bad and was leading with a score of 16-11. Soon, it became 18 all. I panicked. I mustered all my energy and tried my best in the next 3 points. I was then so happy because I won that game which was quite a difficult one. The set score was then 1-1. We had the final match to play and that will determine who is the overall winner. We led a tough game until my father became tired of my smashes and he started losing. I then took advantage again and won that game. I was very satisfied and happy. Even though I won, I really appreciated father to come and play with me. I hope that we can strengthen our relationship in that way! I also hope that we could play badminton more often! Thank you.

Tests!
Hi! I am now trying my best to update my blog daily as you know that my blog's title is about my daily life. (: Anyways, today i just had 2 tests. 1 on informal letter writing which I think its not that easy and my maths which I think that I would do well. I am overall happy because I did not have much difficulties when doing both my tests. Other than that, I would like to tell all of you that I really LOVE my class! Our so called motto is " One for All, All for One". I am very grateful to have helpful friends and a class with a good fighting spirit in whatever we do. I hope that our class spirit will be alive forever and also that we will progress and achieve our dreams together. Thank you!
